Our return policy offers a hassle-free experience for our customers. You have a 7-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return, and an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We provide a convenient reverse pick-up service at no extra cost, ensuring a smooth process.

• Please note that the courier company will attempt pick-up twice. If they are unable to pick up the shipment, you will need to send it back to our company address. The availability of the reverse pick-up service depends on your area’s pin-code.
• To qualify for a refund, it’s essential to return the product(s) in the same condition as when it was shipped. Any signs of wear or use will disqualify the return for a refund.
• It’s important to be aware that refunds are processed as store credit only. You will receive a coupon code equivalent to the value of your order, which will be valid for one year from the date of issuance.
• Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If you have any issues or queries, you can contact our customer support portal or reach out to us via email at support@babysheru.com. We address queries from Monday to Saturday between 9 am and 6.30 pm, with pending queries being given priority the next day. 

Please note that we do not handle customer queries on WhatsApp.

• Cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
• To maintain hygiene standards, we do not accept returns for certain product categories, including baby nappies, baby towels, baby napkins/hanky. BabySheru reserves the right to change the product categories to which this policy applies at its discretion and without prior notice.
• Returns are not accepted for gift cards, personalised products.
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please support us within 2 days of delivery. In case your return is declined due to a quality issue, a re-shipping fee of Rs.100/- will apply.

Returns for products purchased during BOGO Sales, SEASONAL SALES, Combo Deals, or similar promotions that include free products are not eligible. No returns are accepted for discounted products or items purchased on sale.

Shipping Policy:

All orders will be dispatched within the time frame mentioned on the product page. Made to order or personalised items may take 8-10 days to dispatch. Normal delivery time is 4-7 days from the date of dispatch. You will receive shipment tracking details via email and WhatsApp, along with the name and contact support of the delivery partner. Tracking details are typically updated within 24 hours of dispatch.

In case of any delivery delay by the courier partner, we will assist in tracking down your package, though the management is not liable for such delays.

Terms and Conditions:

If you receive an SMS or email indicating that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 24 hours via email (support@babysheru.com) or phone (+91 9998965966).

Customers are responsible for taking good care of the product(s) while they are in their possession, including following all product instructions and retaining all documents and wrappings. If you believe the product does not meet the standards at the time of delivery, please promptly contact us at support@babysheru.com with details and images of the product’s damage within 1 day of receiving it. We will provide further instructions.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you of your refund eligibility via email within a reasonable timeframe. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, typically within 30 working days from the email confirmation of your refund eligibility.
