In order to make a purchase, a minimum order value of Rs. 249 or higher is necessary. This minimum value requirement excludes Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, shipping fees, and any reduction in value resulting from the application of coupons or other promotional offers.

Your package will be dispatched within 24 hours of order placement. Additionally, we will send you an email to your registered address, containing information about the courier company’s name and the tracking number for your shipment. You’ll also receive an SMS notification regarding this. If, for any reason, you don’t find our email within the first 24 hours after ordering, please check your spam folder. Please note that in some instances, it may take up to an additional 24 hours before the tracking information becomes visible online, as it depends on when the courier company scans your package. Alternatively, you can access the “Track Shipment” feature on the My Account page to check the real-time status of your order in transit.

We gladly welcome VISA, MASTER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS Credit Cards issued in India, as well as Debit cards from all banks operating in India. For international customers, we also facilitate credit/debit card payments through PayPal. This means you can now order from Babysheru and your product can be delivered across India, and we will ensure that your purchases reach your loved ones within India.

We strive to maintain adequate stock levels for all our products. Nevertheless, there may be instances where unexpected high demand exceeds our available supply. If the item you’ve chosen is out of stock, we will inform you during the checkout process. In the rare event that we accept an order but are unable to fulfil it for any reason, we will contact you within 24 hours. In such cases, the funds will be returned to you using the same payment method within 30 business days.

 

For items that are occasionally out of stock but restocked regularly, they may appear with an “out of stock” label. You can utilise the “Notify Me” option, and we will notify you as soon as the product is back in stock and available for purchase.

Registration is mandatory before you can proceed with placing an order on Babysheru. To complete this process, you need to create an account by providing and verifying your email address and phone number. Alternatively, you have the option to log in using your Facebook or Google account for ordering on Babysheru. We recommend registering as it allows you to receive timely offers and manage your Wishlist, as well as maintain your account and address details.

Shipping FAQs

We apologise if your order experiences a delay in its arrival. Such delays are typically caused by issues encountered by the shipping company, which may include factors like adverse weather conditions, transportation problems, or items being misplaced. If you have chosen an expedited shipping option beyond the standard delivery time, please get in touch with our Customer Service Representative by sending an email to care@babysheru.com. When reaching out, kindly provide your order number and specify your concerns.

Currently we at babysheru.com don’t deliver products outside of India. Yes but we are surely in plan and in the near future to deliver out of India and will update the site itself.

The delivery time for orders in areas served by well-established courier services typically ranges from 3 to 4 business days after the items are dispatched. Please note that business days do not include Sundays and other holidays. However, if the items weigh over 2 kilos, it may take a few additional days for delivery. In areas not covered by these couriers, the products will be shipped via the Indian Postal Service, and the delivery time may vary, typically taking 1 to 2 weeks depending on the location.

Your order’s processing and shipping time from our warehouse are as follows:

  • In-stock and non-drop ship orders will be prepared and shipped within two business days, specifically from Monday to Friday. Orders submitted over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
  • Our regular office hours are from 9 AM to 6.30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
  • Please be aware that certain products may have longer shipping times; you can find specific shipping timelines on the product pages.
  • For personalised or customised products, there is a lead time of 6-10 days depending on the specific item you’ve ordered.

Certainly, in the event of a cancellation or return, the GST amount collected will be refunded to the customer’s original payment method.

Yes you will receive an email with the tracking details once your order has been dispatched.Please allow us 24 hours after the package order has been picked up for the latest tracking information to update.

Before returning the package to our warehouse, our delivery partners will make three delivery attempts. To facilitate a quicker delivery, please ensure that your mobile number is included in the delivery address.

We accept payment by debit or credit card and COD

We accept all VISA,MASTER and AMERICAN EXPRESS Credit Cards issued in India and we accept Debit cards of all banks issued in India. 

Note: We don’t accept international payment through Paypal.

You can also pay through Cash On Delivery (COD). We only accept Indian Cash rupees only.

Quality and to deliver to our customer is our main priority. So all our orders will be delivered on the next day or max in 2 days.
